GLOBAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE – STΛGE APP
Version 1.4 – September 2026

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND DEFINITIONS
By accessing or using the STΛGE App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
“Service”: The STΛGE application and all home staging/AI generation features provided.
“User”: Any individual or entity accessing the Service.
“User Content”: Any images uploaded from the gallery or captured via the App.
“Credits/Generations”: The quota of AI image processing granted according to the selected subscription plan.

2. SUBSCRIPTION PLANS & NON-CUMULATIVE CREDITS RULE (UPDATE)
Access to Premium features is granted through in-app subscription plans processed by the respective app stores (Google Play Store and Apple App Store).
Available Plans:
Weekly Plan: €9.99 / week – Includes up to a maximum of 35 credits/generations per 7-day period.
Monthly Plan: €29.99 / month – Includes up to a maximum of 150 credits/generations per 30-day period.
Annual Plan: €199.00 / year – Includes up to a maximum of 900 credits/generations per year.
Non-Cumulative Credits Policy: Credits/generations included in each subscription plan are strictly tied to the active billing cycle. Unused credits upon expiration of the renewal period (weekly, monthly, or annual) are permanently forfeited and shall not roll over, accumulate, or transfer to subsequent renewal cycles.
Auto-Renewal & Cancellation: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled by the user via their Google Play or App Store account settings at least 24 hours prior to the renewal date.

3. NO DATA COLLECTION & LOCAL STORAGE ONLY
Exclusive Local Storage: The STΛGE App prioritizes user privacy. No personal data is collected or stored on remote servers managed by the Developer.
Image Processing: All photos uploaded, captured, or processed using the Service are stored and processed locally on the user's device and are never saved on external servers.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & PROTECTION
All intellectual property rights related to STΛGE—including the logo (the “A” shaped like a roof with four squares forming a window beneath it, containing a camera ideogram inside a house, drawn with a single rust/brown line on a cream-white background), source code, UI/UX designs, and staging algorithms—are the exclusive property of the Developer.
Prohibitions: Reproduction of the trademark or design, reverse engineering, and decompilation are strictly prohibited.

5. USER CONTENT & GALLERY USAGE
Users warrant that they hold full ownership or legal rights to all processed photos and agree to indemnify STΛGE against any third-party copyright or privacy claims. Data processing complies with GDPR (EU) and PIPL (China) principles.

6. U.S. SPECIFIC CLAUSES (ARBITRATION & LIABILITY)
FOR U.S. RESIDENTS:
BINDING ARBITRATION: Any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration, not in court.
CLASS ACTION WAIVER: You waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STΛGE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE APP.

7. GOVERNING LAW & GLOBAL PROVISIONS
In the event of any conflict between translated versions, the Italian version shall govern for EU residents, while the English version serves as the international standard.
Governing Law: Italian law applies for European users; State of California law applies for U.S. residents.
