2. LOCAL-ONLY DATA PROCESSING & PRIVACY FIRST
The STΛGE App is built with a strict "Privacy-First" approach:
- No Personal Data Collection: We do not collect, store, track, or profile any personal identification data (such as names, email addresses, IP addresses, or device location) on external or remote servers.
- Local Storage & Processing: All photographs uploaded from your gallery, captured via the App, or generated using the STΛGE AI home staging features remain stored and processed strictly on your local device. No user content or generated images are permanently retained or stored on remote cloud infrastructure managed by the Developer.

3. IN-APP PURCHASES & SUBSCRIPTIONS
Processing of in-app subscriptions (Weekly, Monthly, Annual) and credit allocation is managed directly and securely by the official app stores (Google Play Store and Apple App Store). The Developer does not collect, access, or store your payment details, credit card numbers, or billing addresses.

4. COMPLIANCE WITH INTERNATIONAL PRIVACY LAWS
Data handling practices within the STΛGE App comply with:
- Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (European Union General Data Protection Regulation - GDPR)
- California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)

5. YOUR RIGHTS & DATA CONTROL
Since all processed photos and app data remain on your physical device, you retain absolute control over your content. You can delete processed images, clear app data, or uninstall the Application at any time directly through your device settings.
